Return Policy
Our return policy allows you to request a return within 21 days of receiving your item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original packaging, unused or unworn, with all tags attached. You must also provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Non-faulty Items 
To initiate a return, please send an email to customerservice@jobesports.com.au.

Kindly note that a return request needs to be made before you can return an item. Once your request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to request a return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Warranty Claims - The Process
We strive to make the best products in the world. From the initial product development process to our sourcing strategy, and at manufacturing, we have rigorous quality controls to minimise the incidence of issues. However, from time to time, warranty claims will arise. Our goal is to get you back on the water as quickly as possible.

  1. Fill out the warranty form here - make sure to fill out the entire form
  2. Keep a record of the shipment until you receive confirmation of warranty acceptance.
    Warranty claims are processed within a maximum of 5 business days.

T&C’s
- Returned items must be in their original, branded packaging in an “as new” condition

- Return freight is to be covered by the consumer (cash on deliveries will not be accepted)
- In the event that goods sold are not of good quality or are faulty, the consumer has the right to a repair, replacement or refund
- Warranty claims are subject to review
