We offer 21 days Refund Policy.

If you're not 100% completely satisfied with your purchase we will happily accept your return and provide you with an online store credit or refund on your bank account. The goods must be returned to our warehouse in the original packaging, making sure the product is in the same condition as you received it, with all tags still intact.

Non-faulty Items - The Process

  1. Send us an e-mail to customerservice@jobesports.com.au to receive your refund authorisation 
  2. Using good packaging, return the goods using a carrier of your choice

Faulty Goods - The Process

We strive to make the best products in the world. From the initial product development process to our sourcing strategy, and at manufacturing, we have rigorous quality controls to minimise the incidence of issues. However, from time to time, warranty claims will arise. Our goal is to get you back on the water as quickly as possible.

  1. Fill out the warranty form here - make sure to fill out the entire form

Keep a record of the shipment until you receive confirmation of warranty acceptance. We will send out your replacement free of charge.

Free shipping on all orders over $99* (except bulky items)

*Bulky items: those with a high weight or large cubic volume are not included in the Free Shipping over $99 Offer. It affects Jobe Wakeboards, Jobe Waterskis, Jobe Oasis and Jobe Rigid Paddle Boards.

Bulky items' shipping rates are $29.99.

Standard shipping rates
are $14.99 (orders under $99).

Please allow an additional 24 hours for order processing before shipment.

No delivery on weekends or holidays within each state.

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Metro NSW / QLD / VIC: 2-3 Business Days
  • All other NSW / QLD / VIC / TAS: 3-5 Business Days
  • SA / NT / WA: 4-7 Business Days

We offer a 5-Year Warranty on all Inflatable Stand Up Paddle Boards, 3-Year Warranty on Towables and Leisure Inflatables from your date of purchase.
